Barnabas is a place where I can see what God is doing all around the world with His body, the Body of Christ. My Vision has been expanded as I witness the expansion of God’s Kingdom on earth. I have learned the power of Christians working together, using their gifts and talents for the growth of their ministry and the flourishing of the world. Barnabas gives me hope that the completion of the Great Commission is within reach, as God uses his Church to accomplish his ends.

Barnabas has allowed so much more of my life to be kingdom focused. God has allowed both my Christian and non-Christian colleagues to engage and help ministries. The believers are using their skill sets for kingdom purposes and feel they are doing what God has called them to do. My contacts who don't have a relationship with Christ are getting introduced to Christianity in a new way and while they are serving, they're learning more about how the body of Christ operates and why.

Barnabas has given me a place to use my marketplace skills and experience to help further the Kingdom by helping ministries who come through our door. I am always amazed to see the work that God is doing through various ministries. My participation in Barnabas validates that God finds me as useful in the workplace as He does those who volunteer directly in or through the church. It has given me the opportunity to continue contributing in the last third of my life. I have also met many amazing and wonderful like-minded men and women of God, some who have become friends and many whom I have had the privilege of working alongside in Barnabas.
